The mall has six levels and contains everything from hypermarkets to clothing stores near to Seaside Residences. Siglap Seaside Residences Frasers Centrepoint

Parkway Parade can be found along the Marine Parade, and so is conveniently located along a number of public transport routes. A shuttle bus is provided for Seaside Residences owners that will drop you off right outside the mall, and there is also a taxi stand. If you are using your own car, then there are 1200 parking spaces in the car park, so parking does not become an issue. All the levels in the car park are color coded, so it easy to locate your car when you return to it. If you have purchased a large item then you are able to park in the loading bay for a short period in order to pick this item up.
