Temasek Junior College offers a strong curriculum of traditional subjects. Coursework in literature, science, mathematics, geography, history and economics are offered. This institution is one of two junior colleges with the unique privilege of running their own 6 year curriculum for students who wish to take the A-Level exam for the GCE. During the 6-year Integrated Programme, tutors at Frasers Centrepoint Homes Seaside Residences run seminars that prompt students to work together and generate ideas. It used the Understanding By Design method, which encourages students to center their studies around a central theme. Diverse methods include journal writing and class presentations.
